Booking Policy

To secure your appointment a non-refundable 50% deposit must be collected using the payment methods described above.

Cancellation Policy

If rescheduling your Wedding Hair and make up appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to rebook and retain your deposit. Cancellations done 24 hrs prior to the event will lose the deposit.


Please note we will do our best to fit you in when rescheduling, we can not guarantee availability on specific dates.


For clients booking events, please note the deposit is non-refundable.
